She is survived by: her caregiver Jeffrey Roffman, MD; her husband Peter; her sons, Peter James Staples (Korinne) and Daniel Patrick Staples (Kerry); her sister Mary Catherine Mulligan (Patricia Marinan); her sister-in-law Ute Mulligan; and her grandsons, Ashton, Carson and Callan Staples.
