She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Brooksbank and Harriet C. Brooksbank (Weber); and her son Kevin C. Costa. She is survived by: her son Jason G. Costa of Newark; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; her son Jack of Brick; her sister Theresa Wallace; her brother-in-law Richard Wallace of Brick; her nephew Bryan Wallace of Seaside Heights; her niece Erin K. Hudson (Justin) of Robbinsville; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Max and Avery.
