She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Walker and Kathleen C. Walker; her brother Charles H. Walker Jr.; her nephew Nathan J. Fielder; and her sister Mary Beth Walker-Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Colonial Terrace and NJ; her former husband John H. Martin; her children, J. Kevin Martin (Meredith Monroe), Patrick C. Martin (Tanya Martin) and Carey Dickerson (Jeremy Dickerson); her grandson Charlie J. Dickerson; her siblings, Patricia W. Fielder (James D. Fielder), Richard C. Walker-Michael C., Robert K. Walker (Elaine) and John J. Walker (Leslie); her sister-in-law Kathleen M. Kirchner (Scott); and her nieces and nephews, James D. Fielder III, Emily W. Dennis, Ian C. Walker and Mariel C. Waters. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
