With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A. Locher of Ocean, New Jersey, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her close friend Richard Gallo; her mother Naomi Randolph; her siblings, Jack Randolph and Nancy; her brother-in-law Howard Shaw; and her niece Patricia Randolph.

She is survived by : her nephew John Peter Randolph, Jr. (Terry).
