He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Patrick Leone Jr. and Karan (David DeGraw); his granddaughter Quynn; his daughter-in-law Melinda Leone; his sister Janice Emmons (Dave); his nieces, Debbie and Lisa; his sister-in-law Patricia Leone; his niece Mandy; his nephews, Jimmy and Steven; his sister-in-law Mary Leone; his nieces and nephews, Cathé, Johnny, Jennifer, Tara and Ashley; and his cousins, Ray, John and Mary Kay Menell. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
