It is with sadness that the passing of Lynne Maltese of Oceanport, New Jersey is shared. Lynne, born on August 9, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Lynne will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Lynne by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Lynne is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Lynne’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She is survived by: her daughter Robyn; her grandchildren, Anthony and Alexa; her sister-in-law Chickie; and her nieces and nephews, James, Christopher (Caryl), Amanda (Kevin) and Sheena. She is also survived by three great granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home (115 Tindall Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Jerome Church (254 Wall St, West Long Branch, NJ 07764).
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
