It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Curcio (Old Bridge, New Jersey), born in Kearny, New Jersey, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Wayte and Elizabeth Wayte; and her husband Joseph R. Curcio. She is survived by : her children, Joseph Curcio (Claudia) of South River, Theresa Scarpone (Robert) of Flanders, Robert Curcio (Victoria) of Allentown, PA, Anthony Curcio (Michelle) of Enola, PA, Barbara Curcio of Helmetta and Michael Curcio of Herndon, VA; her grandchildren, Chelsea Curcio (Brandon Mattis), Elizabeth Scarpone, Rebecca Schmoyer (Rodger), John Curcio, Amanda Schramke (Brian), Robert Curcio (Rebecca Jones), Michael Curcio and Jack Curcio; her great grandchildren, Rodger Schmoyer IV, Emily Schmoyer, Erynn Schmoyer, Michelle Curcio and Natalie Schramke; and her sister-in-law Carole Curcio. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews and great nieces/great nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (333 NJ-18, Old Bridge, NJ 08857).

Memorial contributions in honor of Barbara may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
