He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Harrington and William Harrington; his grandparent Wren Clark; his aunts and uncles, Sally Moses, Grace Gregory, Grover Clark and John B. Clark; his cousins, Alice Holt, Beverly Holt and Francis Gregory; and his in-laws, Calvin Parker, James, Lucille Cobb, Morris Cody, Elaine Johnson, Walter Queen and Lertie Cobb.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Coleman; his children, David Coleman (April) of Hagerstown, Brittany (Jermaine McKenzie) and Courtney Coleman; and his grandchildren, Justyn, Jaylen Coleman and Celine McKenzie.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Old Bridge Funeral Home (2350 County Rd 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857). After years of being a truck driver, he retired in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
