It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles W Spade of Old Bridge, New Jersey, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Hazlet; his wife Gail Spade (Scott); his children, Lisa Zurick (Spade) of South Amboy, NJ, William (Lisa Spade) of Colts Neck, NJ and Janine Bavosa (Nick) of Gilbert, AZ.; his grandchildren, Jordan Spade, Brianna Spade, Nina Zurick and Christian Bavosa; and his siblings, Yvonne Thorne (Spade) of North Carolina, James Spade (Kim) of Virginia and Albert Spade Jr. (Kerry). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the Spade family asks that donations in Bill's memory are made to the JSUMC ALS Center Aftercare.
