He was predeceased by : his sister Joan Sheldon; his brother-in-law Ronald Sheldon; his brother George Slee; his sister-in-law Lois Slee; his parents, Gertrude Slee and Fred Slee; and his cousins, Sue and Kenny.

He is survived by : his wife Jane; his daughters, Debbie Palmer (Lenny), Judi O'Neill (Bill) and Kathie Wojnar; and his grandchildren, Shayne O'Neill-Carillo (Lucas), Amanda Wojnar (Brenden), Ryan Palmer, Ian O'Neill, Katie Wojnar, Nick Palmer, Abby O'Neill and Alex O'Neill. He is also survived by extended family including many cousins, nieces and nephews.
