It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Cahill of Old Bridge, New Jersey, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Cahill to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Hunt and Mildred Hunt (Kruser); and her husband Robert Cahill. She is survived by : her sons, Glen Gabel and Scott Gabel (Valarie); her sisters, Elaine Hunt-Friedman and Lois Botseas (Ted); her granddaughter Lori Scaglione; and her great grandchildren, Daniella and Olivia Scaglione.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Old Bridge Funeral Home (2350 County Rd 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Woodbridge Memorial (US Highway 1 North, Woodbridge, NJ 08830).
