She is survived by: her parent Josephine Cestaro; her husband John Thomas Rubbo; her daughter Jennifer Penley (Henry); her grandchildren, Zachary and Jacob; and her sister Joanne McLaughlin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.
