She was predeceased by : her parents, Regaldo Rivera and Ramona Mercado; her brother Pedro Nunez; and her grandson Adrian Jordan Zayas. She is survived by : her daughter Jacqueline Kampel; her siblings, Maria Cardona, Daniel Nunez, Judith Mercado and Delia Arboleda; and her grandson Carter Alexander Bellamy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and; her five cats, two dogs and two birds.
