In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy James leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lucey and Joann Lucey. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his stepdaughter Molly; his siblings, John (Lori), Jason (Jemi) and Jeanine; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless amazing friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Volk Leber Funeral Home (268 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, NJ 07649). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
