He was predeceased by: his parents, Shaba Hanna and Warda Mamaka; his wife Sayde; his daughters, Sally Shaba and Colette Shaba-Chahla; his son-in-law Rodrique Chahla; and his siblings, Daniel, Hanni and Maria.
He is survived by: his son Gabriel Shaba (Janette); his grandchildren, Danny, Alex (Alexa Houlis), Emmanuel and Jasmin (Jesus Perez); his daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Shaba-Chalhoub; his grandchildren, Sharbel and Simon; his daughter Lolita Shaba-Girgis (Sherif Girgis); his grandsons, Justin and James; his great grandchildren, Abraham, Ilham, Alissar and Anthony Chahla; his daughter Lina Shaba; his sister Helana Shaba (Abdo Paulis); his nibling Venus (Melad Peter); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Yohan and Elyan; and his nieces and nephews, Asmahan and Yousif (Mary Barkho).
