She was predeceased by: her parents, Exter Gilmore and Ella Harden Gilmore; her husband Cleo Hill Sr.; and her siblings, Exter Gilmore Jr. and Arnetta Richmond.
She is survived by: her sons, Cleo Hill Jr. (Regina) and Cleon Hill (Shayna); her grandchildren, Ciara Hill, Sanaa Hill and Cleo Michael Hill III; and her daughter Dr. Jamilah.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew AME Church (336 Oakwood Ave, City of Orange, NJ 07050). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
