She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Ward and Douglas Ward; and her sister Cavin Ward. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hoffman; her children, Joseph Michael "Jay" Hoffman, Melissa Rotondi (Angelo) and Daniel Hoffman (Margherita Regina); her siblings, Anderson "Sandy" Bush Ward and William Tikiὸb Ward (Donna Sue Schneiderman); her grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Bianca (Christian), Matilde and Jen; and her great grandchild Vittoria Regina Gagliardi.
