He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mulligan and Bessie Mulligan (VanArsdale); his spouse Shirley Mulligan (Staugaard); his children, Michael Mulligan and Colleen Hriczak; and his sister Joan Mulligan.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Mulligan; and his grandchildren, Tyler Hriczak, Joshua Hriczak and Lauren Mulligan.
