He was predeceased by : his father Ralph E. Frisbie; his sons, John C. Frisbie and Russell Frisbie; and his sisters, Donna Pica and Jean Rogers.

He is survived by : his stepmother Anna Mary Frisbie; his wife Joan; his children, Patricia Hodson (John), Joan Marie Frisbie, Kathleen Keck (Tom), Linda Hagan (Ken) and Anthony Frisbie (Karen); his sister Nancy Lucke; and his daughter-in-law Wanda Frisbie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
