He was predeceased by: his father Walter Williams; his brother Lawrence Williams; and his son-in-law Leon Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Williams (Gill); his daughters, Patty Penaloza (Luis) and Ann Marie Johnson; his cousin Stanley Williams; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Basilio, Niki, Danny, Olivia and Zach. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and friends.
