She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Smith and Callie Smith; her husband Ronald G. Levenduski, Sr.; her sisters, Callie Mae Boose and Elizabeth MacNamee; and her stepdaughter Robin Levenduski.
She is survived by: her children, Amelia "Amy Beth" Santos (Andrew), Gary Atwood, Jr., Carolyne Hill (William) and Jennifer Anderson; and her brother Edward Smith (Joanie).
