He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pierre Chamoun, Rosette Fares, Marie Moussawer, Yvonne Rizkallah, Violette Chamoun and Simon Chamoun.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Chamoun; his children, Marie-Ange Malyarovich (Alexander Malyarovich) and Julien Chamoun (Diana Merheb); his grandchildren, Joseph-Pierre, Oliver, Talia, Elise and Emilia; and his sister Laurie Shammami. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
