He is survived by: his wife Camille; his children, Helen Polise (Thomas), Catherine, Camille Matthews and Arthur Jr. (Laura); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Jonathan, Juli, Kristen, Arthur III, Ella, Addison and Graydon.
