He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Harold Jacobs and Lydia Jacobs; his siblings, Suzanne Miller (Pete) of Solano Beach, CA, Maura Resnikoff (Jeff) and Steven Jacobs (Sheila) of Flagstaff, AZ; his uncle Bruno Zarkower of Saratoga Springs, NY; and his nephew Jason M. Miller. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces & nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at the Cedar Park Cemetery (735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652).

“Always loved talking with Glenn at races. What a nice man. We had a great conversation at the Polar Bear. Will treasure it. He was also so kind to engage my kids in conversation. They really liked him. He knew my father too and ran tons of road races with him. Salt of the Earth! We always talked about the Brookdale race twenty years ago when he won a baseball glove! I was so sorry to hear the sad news at Lake TAK last night. God bless his soul. Will continue to pray. Brian Hill and Family”
