She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Danisiewicz and Julia Danisiewicz (Maka); her husband Emil Koziol; her stepfather Joseph Faron; her siblings, Henry, Angie Kobylarz and Jenny Koziol; and her son-in-law Leigh Glazer.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Glazer; her grandsons, Dean Serverino Jr. and Bill Glazer; and her siblings, Mary April and Joseph. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
