“I had the honor and pleasure to work with Jeff during my time as a detective with the Prosecutor's Office. He was a talented, intelligent and dedicated attorney who took his role as an AP very seriously. In my view he was a prosecutor's prosecutor. He had great compassion for victims and did his best to bring justice to bear on those who would harm the innocent. He was also a most likeable and amiable guy who I highly respected. I was saddened to hear about his sudden passing. Rest in peace.”
