She is survived by: her husband David A. Dolack, Sr.; her daughter Tara Hoffman (Eric); her grandchildren, Casey and Margot; her son David A. Dolack, Jr. (Alyssa); her sisters, Patty Manoy (Tom), Deborah Cappola (Renato) and Cathy McCarthy; her nephew Joseph Manoy (Jessica); Charleigh.
