He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Minner and Vernon B. Owens; and his wife Autumn Mae Dewey. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Hamilton (Hackensack) and Virginia Marcus (Hawthorne); his grandchildren, Heather, John, Melanie and William; his brother Vernon B Owens Jr.; his nieces, Kimberly and Patricia; his daughter Darline (Jim Sauter); his grandchild Dean (Michele); and his children, Carolyn and Jonathan.
