It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Shaffer (Paramus, New Jersey), born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Seigal and Lillian Seigal; her husband Jack Shaffer; and her children, Merryl, David (Terry), Daniel (Margaret), Douglas (Beth) and Dennis (Rosalee).
