He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Beatrice; his brothers, Bruce and Alfred D'Agostino; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Cyriax and Kyle Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cyriax; his children, Geoffrey (Kelly) and Jennifer Antonucci (Michael); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Ella; his sister Peggy Kolowicz (John); and his siblings-in-law, Eileen D'Agostino, Susan Raymond, Carol Cyriax, Robin Batterson and Conrad Cyriax (Judy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
