He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mendoza (Rodriguez); his sons, John Mendoza, Jr. (Lissette Arocho), David Mendoza (Glenda), Justin Mendoza (Sarah) and Matthew Mendoza (Janiel De Leon); his mother Elizabeth Mendoza; his brother David Mendoza; and his grandchildren, Alia, Mariah, Alexandra, Mia, Israel, Xavier and Isabelle.
