He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Lee; and his siblings, Kevin O'Neill, Kathleen O'Neill and Margaret Brown. He is survived by: his children, Daniel O'Neill (Carly), Casey O'Neill (Nelson), Richard Hiltz (Jaime), John Hiltz (Tiffany) and Janice Potente (Giuliano); and his sisters, Bettina O'Neill, Colleen Keil, Terry Rush and Joan Christopher. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
