She was predeceased by : her husband Babulal Desai. She is survived by : her children, Nilesh B. Desai of Parsippany and Bhavna Parikh (Bonnie) of Dallas, TX; and her siblings, Kirit Dharia of California, Geeta Kadakia of Hillsborough, NJ and Kashmira Dharia of India. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and two-great-grandchildren.
