He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rubio and Ines Guerra; and his brother Eduardo Perez. He is survived by: his children, Jorge Guerra, Henry Guerra, Freddy Guerra, Sandra Guerra, Orlando Guerra and Xiomara Guerra; his siblings, Fanny Lastra, Belen Rubio Guerra, Wilson Rubio Guerra, Dahiro Rubio Guerra and Ivan Rubio Guerra; his brother-in-law Manny Lastra; his nephew James Lastra; and his niece Jennifer Lastra. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
