“I was saddened to hear that Palma passed away. I didn’t realize it until today, several years afterwards. She was my landlady from 1978 until 1994. It was my first apartment and my 2 children’s first home. My daughter and I stopped by to see her in 2014. I’ll always remember how lovingly she took care of her elderly Mother and also how hard she worked to maintain the property so beautifully. Cathy”
