Agnes De Matteo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes De Matteo of Paterson, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Agnes De Matteo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Dillion and Sabino Pagano; and her siblings, Benito Pagano, Amedio Pagano "Chubby" and Italia Rapp "Cookie".
She is survived by: her daughters, Danelle Pagano, Cindy Stevens and Christina St'Onge; her grandchildren, Gia Caruso, Anthony Caruso, Samantha St'Onge, Ashley Delaney, Lindsey Spicer and Deanna Stevens; her godson Jimmy Rapp (Jody); Jimmy, Joey, Jamee, Jaylynn and Joleen. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Aloia Funeral Home (180 Harrison Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations to the Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge.
