He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Jones Moore and John Marshall Moore, Sr.; and his siblings, John Marshall Moore Jr., Maron L. Moore, Melvin R. Moore, Mary Evelyn Moore Solomon and Mabel R. Moore Seaborne.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Wilson of Henrico, VA, Tynisha Johnson (Mychael) of Chesterfield, VA. and Terrell Lamont Floyd of Carlisle, PA.; his grandson Darryl Wilson, Jr. (Chapel Hill); his brothers, William Moore (Jerlean) of Emporia, Robert Moore (Dora) of Fairfax, Harold Moore (Charlene) of Richmond and Nathan Moore of Hopewell; his close friend Peggy Smith; Nakira Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
