She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Doug" Cooke and Annabelle Cooke; her husband James A. Haley; her children, Susan Landini and James I. Haley; and her siblings, Marcus "Brew" Cooke, Frank Cooke Jr., Rosalie Cooke and Mabel Cooke.
She is survived by: her son Omar; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Haley of Paterson, NJ; her daughter Jacqueline; her son-in-law Keith McWilliams of Willingboro, NJ; and her grandchildren, Siddiq (Yasmeen Abdullah), Jennifer (Harvey Sharp), Brieyanna McWilliams, Ahleir DeLoache, Julie DeLoache, Melissa Landini, Rodha Haley, Jay Haley and Jordan Haley. She is also survived by twelve great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Dorothy always held a strong belief in charity and community service.
