He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Moscarell and Anna Moscarell (Seickel); and his brother Henry Moscarell. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Frank, Christian and Craig; and his grandchildren, Frank, Brianna and Jon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wetzel Funeral Home (549 Carlisle St, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
