It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grady L. Riddick (Paterson, New Jersey), who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Riddick and Pearl Riddick; and his siblings, Alphonso Riddick and Gladys White. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mae Shoulars; his sister Dr. Anne Carter (Charles) of Paterson, NJ; his children, Dana Gray (Michael) of Philadelphia, PA, Sterling Riddick (Barketta) of East Orange, NJ, Grady Riddick Jr. of Paterson, NJ and Sheila Phillips (Glen) of Morrisville, PA; his sisters-in-law, Ethel Shoulars of Brooklyn, NY and Janetta Walker of Washington, DC; and his grandchildren, Naaquan, Zyeir, Tiasia, Shonda, Devaughn, Sakia, Xavier, Micheal Jr., Keith, Nagier and Adiva. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
