He was predeceased by: his siblings, Panayoti Papageorgis and Basilis Papageorgis; and his close friend John Gigantes. He is survived by: his daughter Marie Lachanski (Ed); his grandchildren, Katie and Jack of Randolph; his niece Vasiliki Sinetos (Pavlos); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis and Dionysious.
