With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Galvan of Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Carmen Galvan; his siblings, Miguel Galvan, Jr. and Erla Galvan; and his grandson Ethan N. Galvan. He is survived by: his wife Marta I. Galvan; his children, Jose, Gerald, Miguel, Antonio, Diana and Cristina; his grandchildren, Tatiana, Gerald, Devin, Leilani, Aiden, Elijah, Jayden, Josiah, Scarlette, Skylar and Ruby; and his brothers, Luis and Guillermo.
Viewing was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calvary Temple (1111 Preakness Ave, Wayne, NJ 07470). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Fair Lawn Cemetery (22-21 Maple Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410).
