He is survived by: his son Larry Fields of Paterson, NJ; his father Larry Adams of Louisburg, NC; his aunt Rene Peterkin; his siblings, Willie Lamar Peterkin, Kaseem Paige of Atlanta, GA and Carmell Unique Davis of Elmwood Park, NJ; and his friend Tina Fields of Paterson, NJ. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
