He is survived by: his wife Minnie B. Carmichael; his sons, Christopher and ShawBryant (Jeannette); and his sisters, Dorothy Hicks and Flora Carwell. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
