She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Conklin, Sr.; her child Thomas J. Conklin, Jr.; and her siblings, Carl, Jack, Fred, Joseph, Alphonse, Alfred, Raymond, Frank Kuri and Berta Passno.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Conklin and Kevin Conklin; her brother Jamil Kuri; and her grandchildren, Jade, Hunter, Jenna and Alex. She is also survived by her family, friends.
