He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Minniti and Stefonia Minniti (Lorraine); his daughters, Valerie and Victoria; and his siblings, Dr. Joseph Minniti, John Minniti, Laura DiDonato, Dr. Alex Minniti, Rev. Anthony Minniti, Dr. Carl Minniti and Angelina Minniti.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent (Dawn), Michael (Kelsey), Karen and Lori Minniti; his grandchildren, Nicolina (Nick), Isabella, Jessica and Gregory; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Nellie Rey; and his siblings, Nicolina Marucci and Rev. David Minniti.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. Michael's Church) (313 Memorial Ave, Gibbstown, NJ 08027). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
