She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sutphen and Mae Sutphen (McConnell); her siblings, David, Les and Elwin; her husband Raymond Gapinski; her granddaughter Rebecca A. Caruso; and her stepsons, Raymond and Douglas.

She is survived by: her daughter Myrtle Rae Balcerski; her son-in-law Robert Balcerski; her daughter Anne Rae Caruso; her stepdaughter Dorothy Butler (Thomas); and her grandson Raymond C. Gapinski. She is also survived by MANY nieces and nephews, neighbors, former co-workers and numerous friends.

Due to Myrtle's frugality and selflessness, in lieu of flowers, Myrtle would much prefer that your money be invested.
