He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Davis (Chris) of Hackettstown, Beth A. Kavanaugh (Duane) of Oldwick, Annette L. Rowe of Bedminster and Norman G. Rowe, Jr. of Washington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
