She was predeceased by: her father Charles Viglino; and her husband Nicholas Matthew Solano. She is survived by: her mother Rose Viglino; her daughter Phyllis Shields (James); her grandchildren, Dawn Quill (Michael), Mark Shields (Karen), Kim LeFevre (Greg) and Michael Shields (Tanya); and her great grandchildren, Violet, James Quill, Jason LeFevre, Lauren, Emily and Alex Shields.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Rose's memory to the charity of one's choosing.
