He was predeceased by: his parents, Perez Isom and Dorothy Isom. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lee Isom; his children, Perez J. Isom, III (JoAnn), Samantha A. Isom, Melanie Isom and Parazee J. Isom, III; his grandchildren, LaNee, DeAnno Isom, Myles J. Gillyard and Kalem Gillyard; his great grandchildren, Zebediah A Gillyard and Amelia M. Gillyard; and his sister Gloria Blackwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
